park group / Hoek van Holland Strand

During this summer Thomas Körtvélyessy taught a number of classes to the group of dance improvisation enthousiasts, organised by Wilma van de Hel and Karin van Etten.

The main location was in the Euromastpark in Rotterdam, but on July 15th they made a guest appearance on the Heemraadsplein, also in Rotterdam, where they performed a very free interpretation of the walking con·sens·us at the end.
Last Sunday, September 6th, 2009 they worked on the beach at Hoek van Holland, dancing with the water, the sand, and the wind.

All of the work was strongly centered in con·sens·us as a basic principle for interaction, supported by working with sensitive energy
